Rayson Bond Lawyers is a law firm that focuses exclusively on Family Law. RB Layer deals with matters t ranging from complex property disputes to cases involving custody and access to child support, mediation and divorce. They provide the services that divorcing people need in a professional, effective and cost efficient manner.
The 6000 sq. ft project allowed COREPLAN to showcase our flexibility and efficiency due to a three week schedule and a significant re-design of the reception area one week prior to the space being occupied. This required us re-locate doors, infill walls, alter tile flooring and re-locate an electrical panel. The challenge was to delivery a sophisticated looking law office in a short time frame. The work consisted of demolishing parts of the space to make way for new partitions, mechanical, plumbing, electrical work; and communication cabling, and new millwork. Our team was up to the task in levelling a floor that had wide variance in the reception area for tile and carpeting, and well as re-finishing all stain grade wood doors that proved to be difficult.
