This is to advise that COREPLAN Construction Inc. was selected to manage the re-construction of the Elmwood spa in Toronto; First as the Construction manager, and then as the General Contractor, through a competitive search process managed by the undersigned.
Because of my past experiences with this contractor, I was confident in their ability to provide the experience necessary to mange this very demanding project ; a project in which the total reconstruction needed to be affected without disruption to the on-going and very sensitive nature of the business.
The Elmwood Spa is a high profile project, which requires strong leadership and precise workmanship in order t realize the Owner’s vision of this world class facility.
