~ Legal Aid Ontario

To Whom It May Concern,

Through our competitive tendering process, COREPLAN Construction Inc. was awarded the project at 20 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario. The essence of the project was to reorganize the existing space to accommodate more staff in the Legal Aid Ontario downtown office.

The challenge in the project was to work in the space while occupied. The best way to describe the COREPLAN team was that they were efficient and easy to work with. On a day to day basis, I appreciated how COREPLAN listened to the client’s requests and concerns. They were professional in their Falls Sie noch Fragen uber den anfang, oder anderen Themen haben, konnen Sie gerne hier klicken. manner and provided the appropriate and timely information on the progress of the project. The result was it allowed them to move the project forward by working effectively with the landlord and the consultants hired by Legal Aid Ontario.

As with most construction projects, there some challenges, however, when challenges were encountered COREPLAN sorted them out immediately. COREPLAN was good at handling documentation which were always in order and transparent. Overall, the execution of the project was very good and on time, and consequently we have with COREPLAN on another project.
